Our Olive Oil is a blend of Frantoio, Lucca, Mission, Pendolino and Picholine varietals. It has an initial grassy flavor, to a fruity and buttery, with a peppery kick at the end. A very robust oil, it is in the strong category and bursting with high polyphenols and very low oleic acid indexes.
