The farm embraces 40 acres of beautiful sunny rolling hills dotted with oak trees, the most prominent of which, standing on the highest hill, we call Council Oak.

In 2005, our family planted varietals of Lucca, Picholine and Mission, adding Pendolino and Frantoio in 2009.

Local milling is performed on harvest day to guarantee the best quality.

The taste of our olive oil is unlike any you have encountered. Our orchard has produced artisanal olive oil for almost two decades, and we are excited to share the product of our harvests with you.
